Custom Proofing Process

It is our goal to make sure your custom project meets your expectations.  Our normal proofing process is in place to help ensure accuracy.  Sometimes, your circumstances may require bypassing the normal proofing process, so your order goes directly to print.

If the proof is waived, the responsibility for errors in art files is yours.  Impact Banners + Signs will not be responsible for the costs associated with reprinting due to art file errors. Examples of art file errors include typos and graphic element mistakes in the original art, but DO NOT include manufacturing errors.   

By agreeing to these terms, you understand that Impact Banners + Signs will send you a proof of your custom project for your inspection and approval.  If you wish to bypass this process, please notify your sales rep.  By doing so, you authorize Impact Banners + Signs to proceed with your project WITHOUT approving a proof and you assume the responsibilities and costs of reprints in the event of an art file error.
